Our world-class staff has provided premier services for facilities around the world, from high-end resorts like Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Vacation Club, Cape Resorts, and Montauk Yacht Club to country clubs, parks, and community courts. We have the experience needed to handle any size facility from a 17-court active tennis academy to a 2-court apartment complex.

Steve Annacone
President
Steve has been a tennis professional and coach for the last 40 years. His experience includes seven years of ATP Tour experience as coach for Paul Annacone (highest world rankings, #12 in singles, #2 in doubles). Paul has gone on to coach Pete Sampras, Tim Henman, Roger Federer, Sloane Stephens, and is now coaching Taylor Fritz, an American currently ranked #24 on the ATP Tour. In 1996, Steve founded Smoky Mountain Tennis Academy (SMTA) in Knoxville, TN. For 19 years, he was Facility Director, Head Coach, and Camp Director at SMTA. Steve was named USTA/Tennessee Pro of the Year in 1998. More than 75 SMTA students went on to compete in college, including one All American and many at the Division 1 level. A large number of these players started playing at SMTA and trained there throughout their college careers. Steve has also been Tennis Director or Head Tennis Professional at numerous facilities and clubs in New York, Florida, and Tennessee. Annacone Tennis Management LLC (ATM) was created in 2011 to help tennis facilities utilize the procedures and methods proven successful in Steve’s experience over the years. As President of ATM, Steve has managed more than 15 facilities in four different states. He is currently a tennis professional at Tuscon Jewish Community Center in Tucson, Arizona.

Paul Annacone
Consulting Director
Paul Annacone attained a career-high No. 12 singles ranking and No. 2 in doubles with three singles titles before he retired in 1993. His best Grand Slam performance came at 1984 Wimbledon when, ranked World No. 242 and straight out of the University of Tennessee, he surprised the tennis world by beating World No. 13 Johan Kriek 6-3, 6-2, 6-4 in the fourth round before falling to Jimmy Connors 6-2, 6-4, 6-2 in the quarter-finals.In his post-playing career, Annacone has established himself as one of the world's leading coaches. He coached American compatriot Pete Sampras (1996-2001/2002) and long-time British No. 1 Tim Henman (2003-2007), was Managing Director of the USTA's High Performance Program (2001-2003) and in November 2006 was appointed to support Paul Hutchins, the then Head of Men's Tennis at the Lawn Tennis Association. In August of 2010, he began working with Roger Federer and helped him win his 7th career Wimbledon title and regain the year-end No. 1 ranking in 2011. Paul also coached U.S. Open champion Sloane Stephens in 2014.
At the present, Paul is a commentator and analyst for The Tennis Channel. He is also coaching American Taylor Fritz, currently the US #1 player and ranked in the Top 10 on the ATP Tour.
